James Boyes


James specialises in legal transformation and operations recruitment. He is well versed in building and developing resource solutions for large scale front and back-office operational change programmes for law firms, consultancies & ALSPs, and in-house legal teams. He has built, developed, and maintained global teams, who in turn deliver best-in-class legal operations solutions for his clients.

Luc Baldwin


Luc specialises in Commercial Finance, Business Management, Pricing, and LPM recruitment. Luc’s journey has run parallel to his customers as they develop in their careers. initially focusing on the more traditional skillsets within Finance & Accountancy before moving into more commercial areas, working with people whose business partner, analyse profitability, and become trusted advisors to law firm partners.

Having built strong relationships with many esteemed professionals in the industry, Luc has advised on multiple team expansions, assisting top firms to scope and build out market-leading Pricing/Business Management functions. Luc recruits mid-to-senior management positions.
