Our Founders

Luc and James founded Baldwin Boyes in September 2020, following their success as Legal Business Services recruiters.

They share a vision to consolidate existing relationships and deliver a first-class service across; Business & Technology Transformation, Legal Operations, Legal Tech, Innovation, Business Management, Pricing, and Commercial Finance. This shared vision is designed to positively impact the business of law.


Luc is my first point of contact to discuss the market for pricing talent and instruct on new opportunities. In my experience, he understands the needs of law firms in relation to pricing roles better than any other agent. He is trusted by both firms and candidates to handle searches and opportunities and make the right connections, thus the quality of candidates we receive is high. I also value his views and insight more broadly in relation to pricing and the fact he's proactive if there's an opportunity that fits with our needs.
